The periodontal recession is defined as the apical location of the gingival margin in relation to the cement-enamel, which appears predominantly in the buccal surface of the teeth and also to cause disharmony in aesthetics, can cause dentine sensitivity union.For the treatment of gingival recessions have been proposed techniques that can be grouped into pedicle graft, free grafts Display/Serving Crates and guided tissue regeneration.The aim of this study is to report a case of a patient with localized periodontal recession without inflammation.
After exhaustive control of the hygienic phase, it is proceeded to surgical stage, in which it was made a coronally positioned flap associated with a subepithelial connective tissue for covering DEVELOPER 6% 20 VOL exposed roots.By using this technique it was possible to cover the periodontal recession effectively and increased the width of the attached gum in the area.The results of the procedure are satisfactories and fulfill patient expectations.
